Our Quality Understanding
OUR QUALITY MISSION
It is to integrate the scientific and technological elements that are constantly changing in terms of sustainability and innovation in terms of customer satisfaction, quality and product into our facilities, and to position the MEDCEM concrete brand in the right place by giving due importance to R&D studies.
OUR QUALITY VISION
Reality, optimization and perfectionism are essential in our products. To be able to offer the best product to the customer by adapting to the technological developments and not to ignore the environment and nature to this end. Our employees, who accept that it is our company's vision to ensure that the nature, which has been sufficiently destroyed, remains in a livable state by developing products that respect people and nature, act with this awareness.
It is our most sincere rhetoric to use the resources that minimize the destruction of nature in our productions, especially the natural raw material resources around us, and to emphasize our respect for people by not causing uncontrolled destruction, and by producing our products close to perfection.
With this point of view, it is our primary duty to emphasize that quality is the most important phenomenon for human life and nature.
OUR QUALITY PROCESS;
Raw Material Supply;
Samples taken from natural or artificial raw material sources in nature are brought to our modern equipped laboratories and physical and chemical tests (sieve analysis, specific gravity and water absorption test, flatness test, Los Angeles abrasion test, chloride content test, etc.) are applied. If the results are within the applicable limits in the usage specifications specified in the TS EN 206 and EN 13515 Standards, the purchasing process begins.
Purchasing process
Positive results from the quality control laboratory are forwarded to the purchasing unit after the facility organization. After the necessary evaluation and research phase is passed, the warehouse conditions of the stocks are prepared, the purchasing process is carried out and the raw material is stocked.
Production Process
Meticulously prepared recipes under the control of an expert team are theoretically prepared and mixtures are prepared in modern laboratories (At this stage, the appropriate results obtained as a result of many experiments are kneaded with very special comments and a draft is prepared). If the actual results comply with the theoretical prescriptions and have the characteristic features of the product (i.e. compressive strength, unit weight, appearance, pumpability and workability), these designs are put into the trial phase in industrial production. At this stage, the power plant production of the product is made and it is decided whether it takes the form of the final product and mass production is started..
Quality Control of the Products Produced
The samples taken from the product produced and sent to the customer in accordance with the 12390-1 standard (hardened concrete tests standard) at the construction site are subjected to a compressive strength test for seven and twenty-eight days by keeping them in curing pools under laboratory conditions (i.e. closed room with 60% relative humidity and 20+-2 degrees water). If the product fulfills characteristic strength standards in both of these tests, it is accepted as a product conforming to TS EN 206 and EN 13515 standards. Damages that may occur during placement under proper curing (maintenance of the product) conditions are considered non-standard. Please note that concrete is a semi-finished product and maintenance conditions are important for it to be a finished product
